Rice Renovations: Bathroom Layout Change
This bathroom renovation and layout change was completed for Rice Renovations.
The homeowner’s goal was to make extra room for a larger bath and larger shower.
Plumbing was carried out in the usual two stages of rough-in, and then final fit-off after tiling.
During the rough-in plumbing step, we cut the concrete slab of the property in order to relocate the position of the toilet.
Final fit-off saw the fitting of all fixtures including the newly positioned toilet, bath and basin. The homeowner’s selection of tap ware was the ultimate smoothing of features, resulting in a final luxurious touch.
